Luxury Spa Interior Design Package

I’m finalising a university project and need a complete interior design package for a high-end spa housed in a circular, glass-wrapped building. Ceilings are 11’ high, the balcony runs the full perimeter, and interior load-bearing walls may only be opened up to 40 % with a single span no wider than 8’. Every drawing and render must respect these structural limits.

The programme includes reception and retail, locker rooms, a hot–cold thermal circuit, multiple treatment rooms, a yoga/relaxation zone, a restaurant-lounge, plus wet areas (sauna, steam, hot tubs). I also need a strong overarching concept and visual identity that ties everything together.

Deliverables I must submit:

• Concept or inspiration board showing the chosen brand direction
• Base plan with clear space planning
• Fully rendered floor plan at presentation quality
• Four rendered perspective views (reception and three key interior moments)
• Digital materials/finishes board with labelled swatches
• Construction set: furniture plan, reflected ceiling plan, and key elevations

Please produce the technical work in AutoCAD and the 3D visuals in SketchUp with V-Ray or Enscape; post-production in Photoshop is fine. All drawings should be to scale, and all images at least 300 dpi ready for print.
