Looking for Sketchup Modelers (various projects)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD

Hi,
I am having an architecture and interior design firm. I am looking for expert 3d modelers in sketchup who can create and convert 3d sketchup models from pictures from Pinterest/design mood boards. Please have a look at the attached presentations to have an idea as to what will be the level of modelling and texturing.
----------- No rendering is required from freelancer but the modeled should be textured appropriately to make it render ready -------------
The exact texture as in the presentation is not a must although similar looking texture will be desired.
Following are the skills that the freelancer should possess
1. Proficient in making custom design models from pics by using sketchup plugins (needed if a similar design furniture/light/accessory isnt available on the internet)
2. Should be able to avoid unnecessary detailing so that the models remain low poly. 3d warehouse models are allowed along with other resources (but similarity with model has to be taken care of).
3. Should be able to have a good workflow of groups, components and layers so that the models can be managed in a better way later also
4. Should have good command over mapping of texture/materials on sketchup models (appropriate UV mapping wherever absolutely necessary & required)
5. Should be able to work out the proportions from the pictures given (additional help will be provided if stuck somewhere)
6. A flair for interior design basics and technical knowhow will be added advantage (but not mandatory)
This is a long term association and a balance of good price versus quality delivered will be chosen for all our future projects.
Please share your works done in sketchup only. (if possible similar to the residential scheme shared across)
3d modelers from other software like max , maya, rhino, etc. may please not bid.. I require only sketchup modelers. Fee will be decided on project to project basis. This job is to connect with eligible expert freelancers.
