Laundromat Interior SketchUp Design

I need a fully detailed SketchUp model for a premium self-service laundromat. The project is strictly interior design: every part of the store must be represented—the front counter, the washing and drying bay, the seating / waiting lounge, right through to the smallest finishes so the whole space reads as one cohesive concept.

You will receive the floor plan, reference photos and style inspiration the moment we kick off. From there, I expect an accurate 3-D layout that shows equipment blocks, customer flow, cabinetry, lighting positions and material choices. I’ll use this file to brief contractors and marketing, so clarity and clean organisation inside SketchUp are essential.

Deliverables
• Native .skp file with logical layers and groups for easy edits
• At least four high-resolution perspective renders covering each zone
• A short walkthrough animation (30–45 seconds) exported to MP4 or similar

Acceptance criteria
• All specified areas are modelled to the correct scale
• Textures, colours and fixtures match the provided reference palette
• Camera angles show unobstructed views of traffic flow and sightlines

Keep the communication open for quick iterations; the faster we can lock layout and finishes, the sooner I can move into fit-out.
