Landscape Model & Exterior Update

I already have a base 3D landscape model and now need a focused refresh. The scope is compact but specific:

• Garden: please work only on the garden area, re-arranging the existing layout for better flow and visual balance. pathways—just a smarter, cleaner planting scheme and soft-scape organization.
• Exterior touches: extend the update to the building facade, introduce an inviting outdoor seating zone, and weave a cohesive lighting concept throughout so the scene reads well day or night.

I’m after an updated native model (SketchUp) along with a set of high-quality still renders that clearly communicate the revised garden arrangement, the refreshed facade, the new seating area, and the lighting mood. Keep file organization tidy so I can continue tweaking afterward if needed.
