LOD350 Commercial BIM & CAD Package

I need a complete documentation set for a three-storey commercial building, 9 000 m² in total. The scope breaks down into two main streams that must align perfectly:

• CAD & 2D plans
– Floor plans, elevations and sections developed to construction-ready clarity.

• BIM modelling in SketchUp at LOD 350
– The model must embed every system and assembly represented in the 2D set so clashes are obvious and quantities read cleanly.

The façade also requires a written specification that calls out all windows and doors, exterior finishes and architectural details in enough depth for pricing and fabrication.

I will review on three checkpoints: 1) initial layout for each floor, 2) 80 % model with façade schedule, 3) final issue with drawings extracted and coordinated. Please include your time frame for each stage and note any software plug-ins you rely on so I can match versions on my side.
