$25 3D Isometric Floor Plan Rendering- Basic Clean Rendering (Residential Home – Concept Only)

I need a clean: **3D isometric floor plan rendering** (not construction drawings, not structural plans)

This is a single story secluded home.

I am looking for a designer to create a 3D isometric floor plan rendering of my existing residential home in Texas, which will include expansion of two bedrooms, bathroom and closets.

This is for presentation and concept purposes only — NOT construction or permit drawings.

That means:

• Walls shown in 3D
• Furniture placed
• Nice lighting/shadows
• Top-down angled (isometric) perspective
• Initial concept to revisions to presentation quality

Preferred Software:

**1. SketchUp (Highly Recommended)**

**2. SketchUp + V-Ray or Lumion**

### Scope:

• Create a 3D isometric floor rendering from provided floor dimensions/sketch
• Include walls, doors, windows
• Add basic furniture layout for visualization
• Clean, presentation-style rendering
• After revisions, deliver final images in high-resolution PNG or PDF

### Software Preferred:

SketchUp (preferred)
Or similar 3D modeling software capable of isometric floor rendering such as SketchUp + V-Ray or Lumion

### Deliverables:

• 2–3 isometric view angles
• High-resolution image files
• Editable source file

### Timeline:

5–10 days
