Industrial Plans & 3D Modeling

I’m updating the design package for an industrial facility and need a detail-oriented drafter to translate my existing digital drawings into a complete, construction-ready set. The source files (DWG/PDF) are ready to share as soon as we start.

Scope of work
• Refine and finalize AutoCAD floor plans and exterior elevations
• Produce accurate building sections and roof detailing for structural coordination
• Generate a clean, well-layered SketchUp model that aligns with the 2D sheets

Key expectations
– Maintain dimensional accuracy and drawing standards throughout
– Organize layers, lineweights, and annotations clearly so contractors can build directly from the documents
– Flag any clashes or missing information you spot and suggest practical fixes

Deliverables
1. Updated AutoCAD .dwg files for floor plans, elevations, sections, and roof details
2. Print-ready PDFs of each sheet (A1/A3 sizes)
3. Corresponding SketchUp (.skp) model with grouped, properly named components
