Import geolocation terrain from within Sketchup

I need terrain imported into a blank SketchUp file at maximum resolution for a radius of 100km from a given location

Using the free map service within Sketchup is acceptable

Deliverable is a Sketchup file that can be loaded in Sketchup 2021
