4-House Twinmotion 3D Model
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have AutoCAD 2D plans, sections, and a rough SketchUp file for a small development of four houses. I’m looking for someone to turn these assets into a clean, well-organised 3D model and a fully set-up Twinmotion scene that opens without issues in Twinmotion 2026.
Scope of work
• Rebuild or refine the geometry for all four houses, keeping everything true to the provided drawings and the existing SketchUp massing.
• Apply a Modern design language throughout—clean lines, balanced proportions, and contemporary detailing.
• Assign high-quality, PBR materials for Wood, Concrete, and Glass, making sure they look realistic in both daylight and night scenes.
• Deliver a Twinmotion file (.tm) that already contains lighting, basic landscaping, and neatly grouped layers so I can create stills or walkthroughs without additional setup.
Deliverables
1. Native Twinmotion 2026 (.tm) file with textures embedded.
2. Exported FBX/SKP version of the final model.
3. A short read-me explaining texture paths and layer structure.
Accuracy of scale, clean UVs, and efficient polygon count are important so the scene runs smoothly in real time. If you have portfolio pieces showing similar residential work in Twinmotion, please include them when you respond.
