3D House Modeling for Design Styling
Budget: $30 – $250 SGD
Project: 3D Exterior & Interior Model of Existing House (Concept + Remodel)
Goal
I need a clean, accurate 3D model of my existing detached house that I can later use for design exploration and AI-based facade styling.
This is not for construction drawings, but proportions and layout must be correct.
1. What I will provide
Existing architectural drawings (PDF):
Ground floor plan
First floor plan
Sections / elevations
Photos of the existing house
Style reference images (black/white / Modern Mediterranean / Mediterranean Revival (Contemporary interpretation).
2. What I need you to deliver
A. 3D Model
Exterior + basic interior
Correct overall dimensions and proportions
Format: SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt)
(SketchUp preferred)
B. Exterior
Full exterior massing
Roof modeled correctly (tiles, pitch, overhangs)
Balconies + railings
Openings (windows / French doors)
Car porch area modeled
C. Interior (simple)
Basic room layout (walls, floors)
No furniture required
Enough detail so rooms can be modified later
3. Design changes to include (IMPORTANT)
Please model two versions if possible (or one model with layers):
Existing layout (baseline)
Proposed changes:
Change the main entrance location/design
Convert part of the existing car parking into an interior room
Build a new room above the current parking
Add a continuous terrace around the first floor (wrap-around or partial, as per drawings)
4. Level of detail expected
Medium detail (LOD 200–300)
Clean geometry
Grouped and well-organized model
Layers/tags for:
Existing structure
New proposed rooms
Roof
Terrace / balcony
5. Output required
Editable 3D model file
3–5 simple rendered views:
Front
Side
Garden / patio side
Optional: bird’s-eye view
6. Budget & timeline

This model will be used for design iteration and facade restyling, not final construction.
Accuracy in massing and proportions is more important than decorative detail.
