24-Hour 3-Story House SketchUp Model

I need a clean, well-organized SketchUp model of a three-storey house with a basement, turned around within the next 24 hours. I will supply you with the full set of DWG floor plans, so there’s no drafting from scratch—just accurate translation into 3D. Required for interior design only, not exterior.

The scope is straightforward: walls, slabs, stairs, window and door openings, interior partitions, plumbing fixtures, general millwork and some high level furniture in only key areas. Basic finishes, including flooring. I’m not looking for detailed furniture, décor, or photoreal textures; the focus is on getting the core geometry and room layouts communicated to my client. the file will then be used to serve as a coordination reference for my consultants.

Please keep the model tidy: each floor on its own tag/layer, groups or components wherever repeating elements exist, and zero stray edges. I will review the file by orbiting through every level and checking dimensional consistency against the DWGs, so precision is important.

Deliverable: the .skp file (current SketchUp version or anything back-saved to 2022 is fine) plus the same model exported as a .dwg for my records.
