High-End Interior & Exterior Renderings
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need photorealistic visuals of both interior and exterior spaces for a series of high-end projects that range from private residences to boutique commercial developments. All concept sketches, CAD plans, material boards, and reference photographs will be provided; your task is to translate them into striking, camera-ready imagery that captures natural lighting, texture fidelity, and true-to-life ambience.
My preferred workflow is SketchUp with Lumion, so being fully fluent in that pair is essential. If you are also comfortable moving assets through 3ds Max, Rhino, V-Ray, or Enscape, that additional versatility will be an advantage when we fine-tune materials or tackle more complex geometry.
For every commission I will supply:
• DWG or SKP base model (depending on the project)
• A mood board with finishes, FF&E, and lighting cues
• Desired camera angles and resolution targets (generally 4K stills; occasional short fly-through)
In return I expect:
• Clean, well-organised SketchUp files and the final Lumion scene
• At least three high-resolution renders per approved view, delivered in PNG/JPEG as well as the raw render output
• Minor revision rounds until the images look indistinguishable from the reference photographs
Communication will run through a shared folder and weekly check-ins on progress screenshots. If photorealism under tight deadlines is your speciality, let’s turn these designs into visuals that sell themselves.
