High-Detail Home Remodel 3D

I already have the architect’s fully dimensioned floor plan of our house and I have marked up a demolition / remodel concept in Adobe Acrobat. What I now need is a seasoned 3D modeller to translate that red-lined PDF into a clean, true-to-scale digital plan and then build a textured, fully furnished SketchUp model that lets me walk through the new spaces before construction starts.

Scope of the model
The focus is the kitchen, master bedroom, master bathroom and the short hallway that feeds the master suite. Cabinets, built-ins, plumbing fixtures, appliances, lighting, finishes, trim—all the items that drive layout decisions—must appear in the model so we can judge proportions and material coordination.

What I will supply
• The architect’s original CAD/PDF with all dimensions
• My Acrobat overlay showing proposed demo walls, new partitions and fixture locations
• Notes on preferred materials, colours and key products (appliances, vanity style, tile, etc.)

What I need back
• A cleaned-up, editable 2D plan reflecting my revisions
• A SketchUp file (.skp) containing:
– accurate geometry of the kitchen, master bedroom, master bath and modified hallway
– furniture, cabinetry, plumbing and lighting components placed to scale
– realistic textures and finishes applied to walls, floors, counters and key items
• A few high-resolution perspective renders suitable for sharing with contractors

Acceptance guide
Accuracy must match the supplied dimensions to within ½". Every referenced element (walls, doors, windows, fixtures) must appear in both plan and model. Textures should be mapped without distortion and lighting should read naturally in default SketchUp scenes.
