High-Detail 3D Capsule House

I need a fully textured, high-fidelity 3D model of a capsule-style house that can pull double duty: crisp stills and fly-throughs for architectural visualization as well as seamless integration into a real-time VR scene. Please build the geometry in SketchUp or Revit—whichever lets you reach the highest precision—while keeping the file structure clean so I can tweak materials and lighting later on.

Key requirements
• Realistic exterior and interior modeling, including fixed furniture, fixtures, and any signature curved surfaces typical of capsule designs.
