Scope of Work:

Convert a hand-drawn sketch into digital deck drawings

Include plan view, elevations, and basic framing layout

Add dimensions, labels, and material callouts

Use standard residential deck construction practices (per IRC code preferred)

Deliver files in PDF and DWG (or similar CAD format)

Requirements:

Experience with deck or residential structural design

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software

Attention to detail and ability to interpret sketches accurately

Good communication and ability to provide minor revisions if needed
