Hand-Drawn and SketchUp Floor Plan
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a detailed floor plan for a two-story residential house. The project is divided into two parts:
I have uploaded a copy of my first draft of the hand drawn component with the correct measurements along the sides. But it needs the following changes and adjustments - I have also attached a copy of the assignment for reference.
1. A hand-drawn floor plan
2. The same plan recreated in SketchUp
Requirements:
- I need the attached re drawn accurately and to scale .
- I need a seperate toilet/powder room added downstairs - maybe in front of the butlers pantry?
- the stairs need to be correctly drawn and to scale.
- clear under stair storage
- living room needs to be bigger furniture needs to better suited and fitted.
NOTE: the overall size of the house cannot change. Only internal room sizes.
Furniture needs to be appropriately sized to the rooms
Need to add a study space somewhere in the house
Remove the skylights
Make sure all symbols are properly scaled and represented.
Walkways need to be appropriately sized
Kitchen/bathroom/laundry/butlers all fixtures and fittings need to be correctly sized - toilets with aus standard clearances (300mm either side)
Once the had drawn image is created I need to then re create it using sketchup as a 2d floor plan .
