Garage-to-Office Industrial Makeover

Job ID: 40001564

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m ready to convert my two-car garage into an industrial-style headquarters for my event-planning company. The room has to multitask: welcome clients for meetings, fit a pair of employee workstations, and show off sample linens, centerpieces, and décor in a compact showroom area.

Visually, I picture exposed-brick textures, black metal details, warm woods, and practical lighting that feels polished rather than gritty. All furniture can be commercially available—anything from IKEA to CB2 is fine—as long as it stays cohesive and budget-friendly.

Here’s what I need from you:

• A scaled layout that zones the space for client seating, dual desks, and the showroom while keeping circulation clear.
• Mood board with finishes, paint codes, and lighting concepts that capture the industrial vibe.
• High-quality 3D renderings or a SketchUp/Revit walkthrough so I can sign off before construction begins.
• Detailed shopping list with links, SKUs, and quantities for every piece of furniture, lighting, and storage, plus cost estimates.
• Quick build guide indicating outlet locations, data drops, and any wall or ceiling treatments my contractor should handle.

Acceptance is simple: each functional zone must be clearly marked, storage must hold at least 2.5 m of shelving, and renderings need to match the final shopping list. If you can take this from concept to a plan my contractor can execute smoothly, let’s talk!
