Full Interior SketchUp & Renders
Budget: $750 – $1,700 AUD
I need a complete, tidy, well-structured SketchUp model of a new home and a set of photorealistic renders that bring each key spaces to life. The house includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a separate powder room, a kitchen with a butler’s pantry, three distinct living zones and the connecting stairwell.
Scope
• Build one organised .skp file with clean groups, layers/tags and named scenes so it is easy for me to update later.
• Interpret my hand sketched floor plan and elevations and incorporate my interior finishes selections into detailed drawings.
• Furnish and light every room realistically; pay special attention to the stairwell because it ties the zones together.
• Produce high-resolution, photorealistic renders for:
– All living zones (3)
– Kitchen & butler’s pantry
– Each bathroom and the powder room
- Master bedroom
• Deliver both daylight and evening lighting moods where it adds value.
• Supply a simple material & finishes schedule so I know exactly what you specified.
Expectations
I’m after crisp, magazine-ready imagery—V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion or similar are welcome as long as the end result is believable and consistent with the model. Camera angles should showcase layout flow, cabinetry details and any feature lighting.
Files to hand over
1. Final organised SketchUp file (.skp)
2. Render-ready file set (textures, proxies, lighting setups)
3. Minimum 12 high-res JPEG/PNG renders (4K or above) covering the rooms listed
