3BHK Interior Design + 3D Renders + Furniture Layout (Fast Turnaround)

I am looking for an experienced interior designer / 3D visualizer to design a complete interior layout and realistic renders for my 3BHK apartment based on the attached floor plan.

The goal is to create a modern, practical, and space-efficient home design with proper furniture placement and realistic visualization.
Scope of Work

1. Interior Design Concept
Full home interior planning (Living room, 3 Bedrooms, Kitchen, Bathrooms, Balconies)
Modern and functional design (minimal clutter, smart storage preferred)
Color scheme and styling suggestions

2. 3D Render Outputs
Minimum 5 high-quality realistic renders (JPG or PDF)
Suggested views:
Living room
Master bedroom
Bedroom 2 / Workspace
Kitchen
Any additional highlight area

3. Furniture Layout Plan (Important)
1 complete 2D layout plan showing:
Furniture placement
Exact dimensions (in mm)
Clear spacing and usability
Input Provided
Floor plan with dimensions (attached)
Minor layout modifications (if required, will be discussed before starting)
Timeline (Strict Requirement)
Work must be completed within 2 days (48 hours) from project approval
Only apply if you can meet this deadline

Software Flexibility
You can use any software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Blender, etc.)
Final output must be shared in JPG or PDF format
