Facade Building Design Including Front Small Yard and Adjacent Front Yard Wall

Project Description:
We are seeking a skilled architectural designer to develop two conceptual front elevation façade designs for a 3-side visible building (three façades). The output will be modeled using SketchUp and should focus on visual harmony, proportion, and material articulation.

Façade Design Requirements – Online Posting Brief
1. Design Scope
• Façade treatment for three visible building sides (front + two sides).
• Design must also include:
o The small front yard landscaping/paving elements.
o The front yard side boundary wall (material, pattern, and integration with façade).
• Deliver two distinct façade proposals:
o Proposal 1: Modern minimalist
o Proposal 2: Bold vertical expression or layered design
2. Input Files (to be provided by us)
• Architectural AutoCAD drawings
• Basic site photos or reference context
• Client preference pictures (will be provided later)
• A referencing drawing showing yard and boundary layout limits
3. Deliverables
• SketchUp (.skp) file with clean layer management
• High-resolution renders (at least 3–5 per proposal, including one night render)
• Material board (image or PDF) showing textures and palette
• Top and Elevations CAD drawings (AutoCAD format),
4. Design Guidelines
• Ensure visual balance across all three façades
• Respect minimum clearances for windows, doors, and functional elements
• Include lighting concepts where appropriate (night scenes optional)
• The side façades must not extend beyond the building limits, as the structure is already built on the plot’s extremities
• The front yard design should be simple, clean, and coherent with the overall façade concept
5. Timeline
• First draft of both proposals due within 5–7 days
• Final delivery after feedback within 10–12 days
