3D Exterior Elevation & SketchUp Modeling for Under-Construction House (Modern Contemporary Style)

Hi, I am looking for an experienced architect or 3D visualizer to create a highly detailed exterior SketchUp model for my residential property, which is currently under construction.
I have two sets of images:
1. Actual Site Photos: Showing the current under-construction structural framework (columns, beams, slabs, and brickwork).
2. AI-Generated Reference Images: Showing the exact modern, premium architectural style, materials, and aesthetic I want to achieve.
The Core Challenge:
Your task is to adapt the design from the AI reference images and apply it to my actual building structure. You must maintain the existing structural framework. The core pillars, cantilevered slabs, and overall massing of the under-construction house cannot be changed. You need to creatively plan the facade, windows, cladding, and design elements around the existing skeleton.
Design Style & Elements Required (Based on References):
• Modern contemporary straight-line architecture.
• Use of large glass panels / double-height windows where possible.
• Vertical design elements (wooden/metal louvers or concrete fins).
• Material mix: Stone/concrete texture finishes, warm wood aesthetics for ceilings/balconies, and sleek metal.
• Balcony treatments with glass railings.
• Complete boundary wall design and gate planning.
• Landscape planting references and exterior ambient lighting details.
Deliverables Required:
1. Complete 3D SketchUp Model (.skp file): Properly grouped, layered, and strictly according to the proportions of the actual site.
2. High-Quality Realistic Renders: Both Day and Night views (at least 4-5 high-resolution images).
3. Material & Texture Specifications: Clear details on what materials are used on the exterior (e.g., types of cladding, wood finishes, paint textures, glass type).
4. Boundary Wall & Gate Design: Included in the 3D model.
Ideal Requirements:
• Expert in SketchUp and rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion, or Corona).
• Strong architectural understanding to ensure the design is actually buildable on the existing structure.
• Good communication skills and willingness to do 2-3 revisions if needed.
