The objective is to select an attractive color scheme, materials, and finishes that enhance the building’s aesthetics while complementing its architecture and surroundings. The final design should be both elegant and visually appealing.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with me to understand my vision, taste, and design preferences.
Suggest color palettes, materials, and textures suitable for the structure and its environment.
Create realistic visualizations or 3D renders showing multiple design options.
Incorporate modern exterior materials such as:
WPC Louvers
Corian Panels
Clay Tiles
MS Zaali Work
Steel or Glass Railings
Terracotta Bricks
Provide guidance on achieving a modern, classic, or elegant appearance based on my preference.
Recommend accent colors, trims, and finishes to refine the design.
Make revisions based on feedback until the final concept is approved.
Qualifications:
Passionate and skilled in architectural exterior design.
Proven experience in 3D visualization or exterior color consultation projects.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous exterior design work.
Proficient in software such as SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, or similar rendering tools.
Good understanding of color theory and its practical application in exterior design.
Knowledge of modern building materials like WPC, Corian, clay tiles, MS Zaali, steel/glass railings, and terracotta bricks.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
