EDU Campus – Minor Design Adjustments
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are seeking a skilled and creative freelance architect or designer to assist with the minor design adjustments for a modern educational campus in Lebanon (EDU Campus – client: EDU Vision). This task involves updating specific site elements, entrances, facades, and landscape areas based on a clear set of architectural notes.
All work will be conducted remotely, and we expect full coordination via online meetings and file exchanges. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD, along with a keen sense of design integration and site harmony.

1. Design Adjustment Notes
Note #1 – Block Admin Entrance - Entrance to feature a visually double-height façade with luxurious styling to align with the block’s modern architectural concept. Door dimensions remain standard. - Entrance adjustment may affect façade balance — please consider and suggest accordingly.
Note #2 – Block A - Visual architectural column extensions from entrance to roof slab — may be extended beyond roof level. Open to suggestions to enhance vertical expression. - Propose stylish windows aligned with the V-shape architectural concept, applied only on this floor at all block corners from the four sides.
Note #3 – Lower Parking Area - Parking area to be fully leveled and connected to the adjacent block. - Consider a corner entrance with added external staircases leading to the garden level. - A complete redesign of the existing entrance is encouraged — it may extend from the adjacent building around the parking level up to the current entrance. - Setback limitations can be disregarded. - Propose a harmonized, modern entrance design with a sleek, non-intrusive fence that unifies the approach.
Note #4 – Upper Garden Area - Adjust landscape and seating layout. - Propose a children’s play area integrated with surrounding seating to create a functional and inviting community space.
Note #5 – Service Road Beside Football Field - Service road to be removed. - Replace with external stairs. Proposal to be made in this matter.
Note #6 – Football Lower Right Corner - Football B1 level to be adjusted to 90 degrees. - Adjustment made possible as additional land has been purchased for this purpose.
Note #7 – Upper Parking Area
Final design of the upper parking to be proposed.
Consider overall circulation, landscaping continuity, and access requirements.
