Detailed SketchUp Architectural Rendering
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a 2-D floor plan that now needs to come alive as a fully realised 3-D model in SketchUp. The scope goes well beyond a simple massing study—I’m after a highly detailed architectural render that carries realistic materials, accurate lighting and refined texturing so the spaces feel ready for presentation or client walkthroughs.
You’ll receive the PDF floor plan (and elevations if needed) at the outset. From there, please build the complete structure, model interior walls, doors, windows and ceilings, then dress the model with appropriate textures, finishes and a lighting scheme that works for both daytime and evening renders. Exterior context should also be represented with basic landscaping so the building sits naturally in its surroundings.
To wrap up, I’ll need:
• The native .skp file, organised with clean layers and components for easy future edits
• High-resolution still images showing key viewpoints (minimum 4: front façade, rear façade, main living area, kitchen/dining)
• An exportable material and texture library in case adjustments are required
If you’re confident in creating photorealistic output directly from SketchUp (V-Ray, Enscape or similar plug-ins are fine), let me know which tool you plan to use and your estimated turnaround time. I’m ready to share the plans as soon as we agree on the details.
