DWG Floor Plan Update with SketchUp

I need an existing DWG file modified to reflect a new floor plan. The updates include changing room dimensions, updating door and window placements, and removing an internal wall.

Requirements:
- Modify existing layout
- Add measurements and room labels

Additionally, I need a corresponding SketchUp file.
