Customer-Centric Floor Layout Redesign
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I’m ready to reimagine my medical spa so every guest feels welcomed, guided, and supported from the moment they step inside. The current layout no longer reflects the customer experience I want to deliver, so I need a fresh, professional space plan that puts people first.
Scope
• Entrance & Reception – craft a welcoming first impression with clear sight-lines, intuitive traffic flow, and space for quick check-ins.
• Sales & Product Display Area – organize merchandise for easy discovery, encourage browsing, and highlight high-margin items.
• Customer Service & Support Area – create a comfortable, private rooms (2) for medical spa treatment
• one office space
What I’m looking for
• A detailed floor plan showing furniture, fixtures, and circulation paths.
• Recommendations on zoning, lighting, and focal points to enhance customer experience.
• 2–3 visual mock-ups or SketchUp/AutoCAD renders that help me see the concept in context.
• A brief rationale explaining how each design choice supports smoother flow and better engagement.
Expectations
• The design must be practical for everyday operations and comply with standard safety and accessibility guidelines.
• I’ll provide current measurements and photos; you translate them into an optimized layout.
• Up to two rounds of refinements after initial submission.
If you’re experienced in interior or retail layout design and can turn spatial challenges into delightful customer journeys, I’d love to collaborate.
