Custom Joglo Design
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I am preparing to build a traditional-inspired Joglo house in Bali and need complete architectural documentation that blends the hallmarks of Javanese timber construction with a custom layout. The first milestone must lock down a well-resolved floor plan; once that is approved we can move on to elevations and high-quality 3D renderings for permit and visualisation purposes.
Key points you should know before jumping in:
• Reference style: Lata Lama Lovina captures the character, proportions and exposed teak structure I like, but I do not want a straight replica.
• Layout goals: an open living pavilion, 2 bedrooms with semi-outdoor bathrooms.
• Style direction: a custom design—respecting traditional column spacing, roof tiers and carved tumpang sari—yet free to adjust room organisation for modern comfort.
