Convert 2D House Plan into 3D SketchUp Model

I would like a two-storey semi-detached house plan converted into a 3D SketchUp model. The house floor area is 140 square meters. Only essential furniture is to be included e.g. kitchen, wardrobes and toilet. I will add to the model myself when it has been completed. Therefore, full and editable project files are required as a deliverable.
