$75 (Concept Drawings) for Home Remodel + Room Additions + Yard Cabins (Not Construction Plans)

I’m gathering early-stage design ideas for remodeling a house, room additions and planning to add several small rental cabins in the yard within property located in a wooded area in Texas by a beautiful lake. I need design ideas for a property refresh and need a creative architectural eye to pull the vision together.

Bonus tip: This is for visual concept only — creativity encouraged ... Great for designers!

My goal is to increase resale value and appeal for an onsite buyer/residence, plus income property cabins for Arbnb/Verbo - style use.

The scope is threefold:

1) interior: explore where a few strategic room additions or a partial remodel could improve flow and square footage;
2) exterior: give the main house and yards a fresh look—materials, massing, and curb appeal tweaks;
3) site: lay out 6 small, detached cabins in the yard with roads, weaving them into landscaping, circulation, and privacy considerations.

I am looking for **concept drawings only** — not engineering or permit drawings.

My goal is to visually show:

• Possible room additions/remodel layout ideas
• Updated exterior look ideas of the main house and yards
• Yard layout adding (6) small cabins with roads
• Simple 3D views or sketches with options

These will be used for planning and marketing purposes only.

What I’m Looking For:

✅ Architectural concept designer or 3D visualization artist
✅ Experience with home layouts and outdoor property design
✅ Software such as SketchUp, Lumion, Blender, or similar
✅ Clean, easy-to-understand visuals

Deliverables:

• Concept floor layout (PDF or image)
• Exterior remodeled house concept
• Yard layout with (6) small cabins
• 2–5 3D concept images
• When completed, you will provide me a copy of design download with a usable software format that can be modified
