Comprehensive Interior Render & Elevations
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I need an experienced visualiser who works comfortably in SketchUp to turn my existing architectural floor plans into a full interior presentation package. You’ll begin by accurately tracing the supplied plans, then develop:
• Clean 2D elevations for every room
• A single, well-organised SketchUp model containing all spaces
• High-detail 3D perspectives with realistic lighting, materials and furnishings
• Final photorealistic renders (print-quality) for:
– Kitchen
– Three bathrooms
– Three living areas
– Wine cellar
– Feature staircase
– Laundry
– Three bedrooms
I’ll provide PDFs of the plans, reference photos, finish schedules and style direction. Please model cabinetry, fixtures, furniture and lighting to match these references so the renders feel true to life and presentation-ready.
Key expectations
– Layered, tidy .skp file and exported DWG/PDF elevations
– Minimum 3000 px wide JPEG or PNG renders with balanced lighting and no watermarks
– Ability to iterate quickly on textures, colours and furniture placement (two revision rounds anticipated)
– Consistent real-world scale and correct material sizing throughout the model
If you’ve delivered similar residential packages before and can show portfolio examples of highly detailed, fully lit interiors, I’d love to collaborate and move straight into production.
