Classical Lobby & Basin 3D

I already have a rough SketchUp draft and reference images for an entrance lobby and adjoining basin area that includes a washing-machine nook. Your task is to take that draft, polish the geometry, apply a refined classical style, light the scene realistically, and deliver finished, photo-quality renders—all today.

The look I’m after is unmistakably Classical: think balanced proportions, subtle ornamentation, and a soft, elegant palette rather than anything overly ornate. Please keep materials, mouldings, and fixtures consistent with this direction while remaining faithful to the dimensions in the draft file.

Timing is critical. I’ll hand over the SketchUp file and reference folder as soon as we start; you return updated SketchUp model plus two high-resolution JPEG or PNG renders before the day ends. I allow up to two quick revisions, but I expect the first pass to be close since the concept is already laid out.

Deliverables:
• Updated SketchUp (.skp) model, fully textured and organised
• Two final 3D renders (minimum 4K resolution)
• Up to 2 post-delivery tweaks if needed, turned around fast

Render engine choice is up to you—V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar—as long as the end result is crisp, well-lit, and faithful to the classical brief. Let me know your availability right away so we can lock in the hand-off and hit today’s deadline.
