I require an accurately scaled SketchUp model created from supplied PDF architectural drawings and site plan.
This is a technical modelling task only.
No design input required.
The model must include:
• Full exterior building shell
• Full interior layout
• Roof geometry
• Windows and doors
• Scaled site layout
• Basic landscape from site plan
• Furniture layout added to all main rooms
No rendering required.
No high-end materials required.
Glass material to windows only.

1. Building Model
Create a fully scaled 3D model based strictly on supplied drawings.
Include:
• External walls with correct thickness
• Internal partitions
• Floor slabs
• Ceilings
• Roof form
• All window and door openings
• Correct storey heights
No additional detailing beyond drawing information.

Model the site based on supplied site plan.
Include:
• Site boundary to scale
• Building positioned accurately
• Driveway / hardstanding areas
• Patios / terraces
• Steps if shown
• Ground plane adjusted to levels if provided
Landscape to remain simple.
No decorative planting unless shown.

Add scaled furniture to:
• Living room
• Kitchen
• Dining
• Bedrooms
• Bathrooms
Furniture should:
• Be proportionally accurate
• Be clean, lightweight SketchUp components
• Not be excessively detailed
• Be grouped logically per room
No high-poly imported assets.
No heavy rendering models.
