Brighton Extension

I need someone to create a model which can be manipulated to show different views of the project. It is becoming more of a request from clients and I am unable to resolve it with a hand drawn sketch. I am a sole practitioner, designing mainly in the new build and restoration residential sector. I work in Autocad programme and have attached two PDF's of the most recent request for the services. This current project is in Brighton.
