Project Description:
I am looking for a creative architect to develop multiple floorplans options for a new residential project. We are in the early planning stages and want to explore different layouts to maximize the potential of our site before committing to a final design.
Site Details:
Plot Size: 2500 sqft.
Plot Type: south west Corner Plot.
Requirements: 3 Bedrooms (3BHK), Kitchen, prayer room, Living Area, good balcony spaces.
Scope of Work:
Phase 1 (Layouts): Provide 4-5 distinct floor plan options based on the 2500 sqft dimensions.
Phase 2 (3D Modeling): Once a layout is selected/refined, convert that plan into a 3D massing model or basic 3D visualization to help me understand the exterior volumes and internal flow.
Deliverables:
2D Floor Plans (Concept stage).
3D Renderings/Model of the selected direction.
Revisions to fine-tune the chosen concept.
Candidate Requirements:
Portfolio showing modern residential designs.
Experience with corner plot optimization (natural light and ventilation).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, foyr neo or any other collaborative software
