AutoCAD & SketchUp Residential Drawings

I’m preparing a modern residential project and need production-ready drawings created in both AutoCAD and SketchUp. The scope is limited to the core construction set, so I’ll provide the survey, rough hand-sketches, and any reference imagery you need.
Deliverables
• Fully dimensioned floor plans for every level
• Exterior elevations capturing the clean, modern aesthetic we’re after
• Building sections that illustrate structure and ceiling heights
Each file should be organised on clearly named layers, use metric units, and be printable at 1:100 without extra tweaking. Please export PDFs alongside the editable DWG and SKP files.
Accuracy and speed matter more than photorealistic rendering; I simply need drawings that a builder can follow. If you have questions about materials or specific design details, ask early so we can keep revisions minimal.
