Architectural Plans & Modern 3D Visuals
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have measurements, photos, and notes ready and I’m looking for someone who can turn them into permit-ready drawings and crisp modern visuals. The work falls under typical U.S. construction standards, so familiarity with North American codes and dimensions will be helpful.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Floor plan — detailed layout with furniture placed to scale so I can review traffic flow and room usage.
• Full 3D model that I can spin, annotate, and export for trades.
• Exterior renders in a modern style, including basic greenery to ground the building in its setting.
Please create all drawings in either AutoCAD (.dwg) or SketchUp (.skp), whichever you prefer, and supply PDFs and high-resolution JPEG/PNG exports for quick sharing.
I’ll provide the raw dimensions, elevations, and any manufacturer specs I have; you translate them into clean, build-ready documents and photoreal visuals. If something is unclear, just flag it early so we can stay on schedule.
