Architectural BIM Sketchup Package

**I’m looking for a freelancer to build an accurate 3D model in SketchUp using our floor plans and Polycam files.**
The goal is a clean, production-ready model that we can use for planning, quantities, and coordination.

All work **must be done and saved directly on Trimble Connect.**


What We Provide:

- Floor plans
- Polycam scan files


-What You Deliver:

* A clean, accurate **SketchUp 3D model (SKP)**
* Organized **layers/tags**
* **Floor plans, elevations, and sections** generated from the model
* **Electrical plan** (location of outlets, switches, pot lights, fixtures)
* **Kitchen plan** (cabinets, appliances, basic layout)
* **Door and window schedule** (quantities + dimensions)
* **Material quantities** (basic take-offs where possible)
* **PDF + SKP + IFC or DWG export**
* All files saved and delivered through **Trimble Connect**

* Model must be to scale and accurately reflect the provided plans + Polycam scans
* Geometry must be clean and easy to edit
* Clear and consistent layer/tag structure
* Ask questions early to keep the workflow smooth
