Freelance Architect Needed for 60×60 ft House Design (Haldwani, Nainital, India)

Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced architect to design a residential house on a 60×60 ft plot located in Haldwani, Nainital (Uttarakhand, India). The design should be practical, modern, and suited to local climate conditions.

Requirements

Ground Floor

Parking space + front garden

Separate office room (with independent entrance)

1 large living room + 1 family living room

3 bedrooms (including one master bedroom with attached bathroom)

Kitchen + dining area + utility

Maid’s room (inside house)

Backyard: cow shed + cow caretaker room (with no direct access to home) + vegetable garden


First Floor

2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms

1 living room

Balcony / terrace garden



Deliverables

Architectural layout drawings (AutoCAD / PDF format)

Floor plans with room sizes and dimensions

Site plan with parking, garden, and backyard arrangement

3D renders (optional, please mention if you provide this service)
