Architect Needed for Uniquely Themed Chalets Design

ed a talented architect or designer to help me design three uniquely themed chalets on a 1300 m² plot of land.

Project Scope:
Overall Plot Planning:

Land division and layout (3 chalets + privacy zones)

Landscaping and circulation (pathways, driveway, green areas)

Outdoor features: BBQ, garden, firepit, private decks, pools

Chalet A – Bohemian Style (for couples)

Interior and exterior design

Relaxed, earthy vibe with natural materials, open layout

Private plunge pool or jacuzzi

Chalet B – Greek Style (for couples)

Whitewashed walls, archways, minimalist feel

Skylight bathroom or sea-inspired outdoor touch

Chalet C – French Country or Modern Style (for families)

2 bedrooms, cozy rustic or contemporary style

Private garden and pool with family-friendly features

Deliverables Needed:
Land/site plan layout (CAD or SketchUp)

Floor plans for each chalet

3D renders (exterior + interior for all 3 chalets)

Mood boards / material references

Basic technical drawing for local engineer handover

Timeline:
Preferably within 4–6 weeks
