Apartment Bedroom Storage & Layout Plan

I’m ready to rethink my apartment’s bedroom so it works harder for me. The brief is focused strictly on functional improvements—no structural moves, just smarter use of the space. In particular, I want built-in storage solutions that sit seamlessly against the walls and a layout that squeezes every centimetre of floor area for better circulation.

Here’s what I expect as tangible outcomes:

• A measured floor plan and at least one alternative furniture-placement proposal that shows clear circulation paths.
• Scaled interior elevations illustrating custom built-ins (wardrobe, shelving, or combined units) with suggested materials and internal organisation.
• A concise set of drawings ready for a carpenter or joiner—PDF plus source files (AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar).
• A short specification note highlighting any hardware, lighting integration points or mechanisms needed to keep the room clutter-free.

I will provide current room dimensions, photos, and notes on what must stay. Once I have the first concept, I’d like one round of revisions to fine-tune details and then a final sign-off package I can forward directly to my contractor.
