Advanced BIM + SketchUp Renderings
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m looking for an experienced architectural collaborator who can take my design files and turn them into a fully coordinated BIM model alongside photorealistic SketchUp visuals.
Scope
• Produce a clean, well-structured BIM file (Revit or equivalent) that I can pass directly to consultants.
• Build a matching SketchUp model and generate high-resolution rendered images and/or a smooth video walkthrough—each with advanced textures, accurate lighting, and true-to-spec finishes.
• Prepare construction-ready drawings extracted from the BIM model, following my layer, naming, and dimensioning standards.
What I’ll Provide
• 2D CAD plans, elevations, and sections
• Material and fixture schedules
• Style references for mood and lighting
What I Expect Back
• Native BIM file (.rvt or .ifc) with all families organized
• SketchUp file (.skp) with clean geometry and grouped components
• At least six 4K still renders plus an optional 60-second walkthrough (MP4)
• PDF construction set (plans, sections, elevations, key details)
Timeline & Collaboration
We’ll start with a kickoff call to confirm scope and milestones. I’d like weekly progress previews, with two revision rounds included before final delivery.
If you have a solid portfolio of high-detail BIM and SketchUp work and you’re comfortable delivering both rendered imagery and construction documentation, let’s get started.
