Google shopping ads

I am looking for help setting up Google shopping ads for my automotive products. My budget for this campaign is less than $500 and will be running for 1-2 weeks. I am looking for an experienced freelancer who is knowledgeable in setting up and optimizing Google shopping ads. Thank you for your interest, and I look forward to hearing from you. I have a Wordpress website that does ok but need to build on that. I've tried to set Google shopping up but there's issues with freight & linking to the website. Please see two examples attached.
