Google merchant account misrepresentation

My google merchant account is linked to a Shopify account (which that later is using google and Facebook as sales channel).
Google merchant account is now suspended for misrepresentation,although Facebook did not.
Anyways,i want someone to help me fix the misrepresentation issue in my google account and help my merchandise become visible to buyers .
