google studio / forms / sheets connection issue

I have an existing Google Studio set of dashboards that are not connecting correctly to the data. Additionally, there is data that we would like to delete that was accidentally copied from another set of dashboards that we want to delete, but safely.

I would like someone who can look at this and help us correct the issue.
