factory automation using google forms, sheets and QR codes

I am looking for someone to help automate our factory using google forms, sheets and QR codes. We need help with production tracking, as an existing manual process is currently in place. The expected outcome of this process is improved data accuracy. The task involves integrating existing processes with the new automation system.
