I’m looking for a reliable helper who can spare roughly 30 minutes each day, six days a week, to keep my small-business records up to date in Google Sheets. The task is strictly data entry—no accounting, Tally, or GST work involved.
What you’ll do
• Record the day’s sales figures from my POS snapshot
• Log basic expenses (cash or digital)
• Update a simple in-out stock tab so I always know current quantities
The spreadsheet is already laid out; you’ll simply key in the numbers and double-check that each column balances. Because we work in Google Sheets, even a beginner can pick it up quickly, and I’m happy to walk you through the template during a short onboarding call.
Key expectations
• Consistent daily updates—accuracy matters more than speed
• Availability six days a week (about 30 min per day)
• Internet connection stable enough for Google Sheets collaboration
To help me choose the right person, I’ll send a brief sample sheet so you can show how you enter a single day’s data. When you reply, please tell me:
1. The time of day you’re usually free to post the entries
2. Your monthly fee expectation (fixed)
3. Any prior experience you have with Google Sheets or similar data entry—full exposure isn’t required; partial experience is fine
