Project Description: Create an educational quiz in Google Forms that generates a score for each answer.
I want to create a quiz in google form so that for each drop down answer, we assign a different score.
e.g. here is the google form https://forms.gle/3SabrXYg7NjKnHZx8
Score 2 points for each Yes, 1 point for Sometimes, and 0 for No. Once participants fill this form based on their choice, they will see combined score and relevant answer below at the submit page.. (below is for an example.
Your current score is. 10..If you scored between 0 and 5, your life is in remarkable balance. If your score is between 5 and 15, you are experiencing moderate levels of stress. If your score is between 15 and 20, you may be experiencing stress-related symptoms. If your score is over 20, chances are that stress is a dominant force in your daily existence.
P.S.: I guess there is a way to link the google sheet to the form and then make the changes in google sheet so that score for each can be calculated .

Question Types: The quiz will consist of multiple-choice questions.
Number of Questions: The quiz will include 5-10 questions.
