automate their purchase requisition workflow

We are a multi-academy trust, with two secondary schools. We work in a google environment and we are seeking a way to automate our purchase requisitions from originators through a variety of authorisers and then going to finance to place the orders (also placing relevant supporting evidence documents, such as quotes, in a relevant place).


Deliverables
Automated workflow going to a variety of authority levels, based on different criteria entered by the originator. A linked location for supporting documents to be scanned in and saved.
