I need a reliable bookkeeper for monthly financial recording.
Key tasks:
- Accessing our business bank account (read-only) to view transaction history.
- Recording all transactions accurately in Zoho Books.
- Mirroring the same data in a Google Sheet for internal tracking.
Requirements:
- Proven bookkeeping/accounting experience.
- Familiarity with Zoho Books.
- Skilled in using Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
Deliverables:
- All transactions for the month recorded in Zoho Books.
- Updated Google Sheet with matching data.
We will provide secure access or monthly statements from our bank. This could become an ongoing monthly job if satisfied with the work.
