YouTube VA: Uploads, Scheduling, SEO
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am a YouTube creator in the custom home and real estate space, looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to manage the backend of my channel. Your main job is to follow a clear SOP to upload, schedule, and optimize videos in YouTube Studio, keep a simple content tracker updated, and do light performance monitoring.
This is project-based work. Some weeks there may be no videos. Other weeks, there may be several. I am looking for a reliable long-term partner I can send recurring projects to as the channel grows.
Initially, I need help with setting up the YouTube channel, including creating a Banner and optimizing the overall SEO. Then the job will focus on posting each video as they come in, per project. Open to discussing the setup fee, but then looking to pay initially on a per post.
Responsibilities:
-Organize video assets and keep a simple Google Sheet tracker up to date
-Upload videos to YouTube Studio and complete all fields
-Title, description, tags, custom thumbnail, playlist, audience settings
-Schedule videos for the correct days and times
-Apply basic YouTube SEO to titles, descriptions and tags
-Add end screens and cards where appropriate
-Assign videos to the correct playlists
-Utilize OPusClips to cut out 10-15 ~15-30 second videos for social posting
-After publishing, record final links and basic performance stats in the tracker
Requirements
-Proven experience managing YouTube uploads for at least one other channel
-Strong working knowledge of YouTube Studio
-Good written English for titles and descriptions
-Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow a step-by-step SOP
-Comfortable with Google Drive and Google Sheets
-Reliable communication and ability to hit agreed deadlines
